Appointment of the President of the George Cross Island Association

Following the retirement of Dr. Michael Refalo, we are delighted to announce that Mr Justice Dr Joseph Galea Debono has been appointed as President of the George Cross Island Association.  We are honoured that he has agreed to represent the GCIA in this position.  We thank Dr. Refalo for his commitment and dedication during his position as our President and wish him well.
